You could say we were more than a bit fortunate, but it does make me laugh when they're all saying we took the only chances we had....even though both sides had 16 shots and virtually all of their's were from long range. Telford were hardly world beats either, they had a 15 minute spell in the second half between their first goal and our second, other than that it was either even or we were the team on top.
It was an excellent game, one of the best I have seen for ages and much better than much of the dross I see in supposedly higher leagues
I would say Lincoln showed that they were full time and fitter. They took their chances well but if it wasn’t for the woodwork then it could have got very embarrassing for you!
As a semi neutral I was engrossed, god only knows what the committed fans made of it
