For those who may not be familiar with Hard Knocks, for four of the the past five or six years HBO has done a documentary where they follow one NFL team for the month before the season starts when they are getting ready for it.

They get access to locker room, classroom sessions, personal moments and behind the scenes stuff which otherwise fans never get to see. Basically everything which happens leading up to a preseason game. This past year they followed the Cincinnati Bengals. Even if youre not an NFL fan, it's interesting to watch if you have any curiosity about it.

I dont know how long this will last on Youtube but here are the 5 episodes from 2009 starting with episode 1.
