The point is as follows. Yesterday Idol Girl insisted that the Bra1n wasn't impersonating an attorney.
NooOOoooOoooooo.... what I SAID was that he never stated " I AM AN ATTORNEY ". I said that there was a 50-50 shot that he was or wasn't a lawyer.
I also said that if he was NOT a lawyer, and went around saying " I AM AN ATTORNEY " and then charging people for legal services, that would be wrong and illegal. But that isn't what happened here.
He posted some shit about tortes (which I thought was a dessert item, myself) and something else. If those posts made you (or anyone else) draw the assumption that he IS a lawyer, that's on you for assuming.
He never stated he was an attorney, never charged a fee for his knowledge, therefore, he did nothing wrong.
I can post a crapload of stuff here that will make me sound more qualified to perform brain surgery than the best neurosurgeon on the planet (thanks to GOOGLE). But if I never come out and say " I AM A NEUROSURGEON" and then charge people for my knowledge, then I've done nothing wrong.
If people listen to my advice of "eat a cotton ball every hour on the hour and it will cure what ails you"..then some fool actually DID that, well, it's on them for not verifying the source and getting advice from a REPUTABLE source. However, if I charged a fee for the cotton ball advice, while claiming to be a neurosurgeon, that would definitely be illegal.
I guess my point is..In your own post, you said Bra1n SUGGESTED he was an attorney. That means you assumed his occupation due to his posts. You are never going to win an argument in court with this:
you: well, he sounded like a lawyer
defense: well, did he ever come out and SAY he was a lawyer?
you: No..but he sounded like one
defense: So you assumed he was a lawyer due to a post filled with information readily available on google
you: Yes, but he
sounded like a lawyer!
JUDGE: Case dismissed
Unless he said he was, verbatim, then profited when he wasn't an attorney after all, he did nothing wrong.
And I don't care how many things you fax to Bernie Lomax, attorney at law in Mudflap, Arkansas...if that guy thinks he has a case against Bra1n, he's not the kind of lawyer you'd want to be on your side in a court of law.
